Kudakwashe Mangozho-Chikwanha is the Group Head of Human Resources for the Masawara Group and its investee companies since September 2022. He is an experienced business transformation, talent and performance management driver and HR leader, with 14 years of experience in various industries including manufacturing, FMCG, investments, insurance, and technology. Kudakwashe has received multiple awards for his work in the field of HR. He holds a BSc. Honors degree in Psychology (UZ), certifications such as Certified Talent Practitioner (CTP™️) and Success Motivation International (SMI®️) leadership qualification. Kudakwashe believes in the potential of every individual and the importance of a healthy culture in inspiring people to perform at their best. He has worked in executive and managerial roles at companies such as Delta Beverages, National Foods, and Takura Capital investee companies including Cairns Foods and Lobels Bread. Currently, he is pursuing an MBA at the University of Suffolk in England. Kuda enjoys fishing and spending time in the gym
