COVID - ADOPT & PROTECT

Safety is a shared
responsibility

Prevention and control has been the Culture the team continues to embed across all portfolio companies to ensure information, guidance and support is provided to all employees at all times. Below are some of the measures put in place; –

Selected Wellness Champions

All Group Companies attended workplace training facilitated through CareNet Africa as a way of raising awareness and empowering Champions within each organisation to assist in implementation of preventative measures.

Personal Protective Equipment

Provided to all employees including face masks and hand sanitisers.

Technical Staff Training

Continuous staff training via Zoom each week – sharing new information and recommended ways to prevent the virus. This is enabled by trained Wellness Champions.

Online symptoms assessments

This enables organisations best identify and assist members who may have been exposed to the virus get needed support as well as those who may have comorbidities avoid exposure to risk of infection from Covid-19.

Mobilise work from home policy

Decongesting the office areas by enabling and supporting the majority of staff to work from home.

Regular Covid -19 Testing

All essential staff who needed to be physically present in the office for critical business operations will be tested for COVID - 19 Regularly. Clinical Baseline checks will include Oxygen Saturation levels, Blood pressure, Blood Sugar and Lipid Profile.

Maintain a healthy work environment

Weekly disinfection of workstations, hourly sanitization of workspaces, and desk screens mounted on all client facing desks
