Since being taken private, Masawara (formerly TA Holdings), has applied this operator-investor strategy to the broad portfolio of companies over the past 20+ years. Masawara is an African investment holding company investing in companies with a unique position in growth industry value chains.
Our management teams achieve operating results and realise cash and valuation returns through executing on Masawara management principles and guided operating metrics. We assess and support growth initiatives to drive long-term value.
