Ledwin is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe), with a wealth of leadership experience traversing over 20 years. Her experience spans over a cross section of industry sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, FMCG, Mining, Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality and Telecommunications. Ledwin’s career started at AMG Global Chartered Accountants as an Articled Clerk and she rose through the ranks to become Partner, before joining the VFEX listed, Innscor Africa Limited as the Group Finance Executive. Ledwin then joined the Group in 2023 in her current position. She holds an Honours, Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree from the University of South Africa and sits on various Boards in Zimbabwe as a Non-Executive Director. Ledwin brings vast knowledge to the Group around strategy, business turnaround, training, mentorship, tax and financial analysis.
